Have you had a solar photovoltaic (PV) system installed?
Is the system performing as it should?
Do you have a maintenance contract with the installer?
To ensure that your solar PV system is still working to it's optimum, it should be periodically inspected and tested. The mounting system should be checked to ensure that it is secure and free from corrosion.
We offer a maintenance service which includes a full inspection of the PV system electrical components and mounting system, we will then issue certification to prove that you are adequately maintaining your system. This service can be carried out as a one-off, or we can agree a program of maintenance with you. While we are on the roof, we can also clean your PV system to ensure that it is working to it's maximum.
Energise South West offer a comprehensive appliance testing service for landlords and businesses. Each appliance is identified with a reference number, it is then visually inspected and tested in accordance with the Code of practice for in-service appliance testing. We then produce an appliance register detailing all the appliances contained on the premises, this enables the duty holder to keep track of appliances and also identify when further checks should be carried out. We are also able to give guidance on checks that should routinely be carried out by the user.
